Taxi Kiruna AB is currently looking for a switchboard operator for our reception. This is a full-time position starting on August 1, 2026.
Your main responsibilities will include receiving bookings via phone and email, as well as traffic planning.
Since you will be in contact with customers throughout the day, strong social skills are essential. The job can be very stressful at times, so stress tolerance is a must.
We serve both Swedish and international customers, so it is important that you are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Fluent Swedish is a requirement to ensure customers are understood correctly.
All booking handling is done through various systems. The computer and the telephone will be your most important work tools.
Salary according to the collective agreement with Unionen.
